The building of the church in Brazil is going very well! Just look at the progress they are making! Inflation has soared and building material costs has greatly increased. I have reached out to Pastor Vando to find out the additional costs they are facing.

In addition to the construction of the church building, please be in prayer for

• The community around the church is riddled with violence, drug trade, and alcoholism.
• Girls and women in the community are often victims of violence.
• The president of Brazil has no regard for the poor, nor any interest in improving the conditions of the country. Poverty and violence is increasing.
• A new soup ministry to the poorest families in the neighborhood has just begun.
• Holy Week Services in Maceió.

Every Wednesday and Sunday their church prays for us. What a blessing to know that our sisters and brothers in Brazil are holding us in prayer.
